N.A.M.E. It
May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Do you Notice your thoughts, your feelings, your behaviors, your body language, your emotions, etc. Do you Acknowledge that your feelings are valid, or do you to try to push them down or out of your consciousness? Do you manage your behavior that you attach to certain feelings or emotions appropriately? What kind of expectations do you attach to your emotions and behavior respectively. This blog post gets you to explore all of these thoughts.
Why The Worksheets???
Why should you use a worksheet to help you think deeper about yourself? Worksheets are a moment of alone time. Worksheets force you to think. Worksheets can help you see visually in real time the problem that you have been unwilling to face.
Acknowledging Feelings
How often do we sit and consider how we feel? Do you ask yourself what emotion are you experiencing in this moment? How in tune are you to YOU! Once you get in tune, you have to be willing to accept that attunement to yourself. This can be the hardest part. We often don’t want to accept that we feel shame. We often don’t want to accept that we are not in control. If you can relate, check out this blog post.
